Overall great condition. Has been used, but not too many imperfections. Two issues to not as can be seen in photos. Back left leg has a split piece of wood that will be included and could be glued, clamped and repaired without even knowing it happened. I placed it so that you can see. Second issue is the top drawer on the bottom left corner has a split as well. Still intact and I imagine the same could be done for it with the proper technique, and equipment. Minor wear here and there, and I photographed those issues. If You would like additional photos, I am happy to provide. This will be shipped freight from Spokane Washington.
