American Gothic-Revival Oak Work Table, likely New England or Mid-Atlantic, circa 1875–1900 Executed in solid oak; the rectangular top with molded border over shaped end panels pierced with trefoils, the corners fitted with applied cusped (lambrequin) brackets echoing the tracery, all raised on square legs united by a stretchered base. A quiet, ecclesiastical profile with an aged, even patina. Condition: Commensurate with age; small minor paint specks; two tiny screw holes under the top to a leg (not noticeable).
