Really good condition and from a clean smoke free climate controlled environment.The inside drawer looks like it hasn't even been used inside.Super nice condition for its age and I didn't even clean it up at all.Has some normal splits in some of the parts of some pieces as shown but overall probably would be really hard to find one this nice especially for its age. 36" x 22" x 27 3/4" tall56" when both leaf's are up.
