Vintage MCM Danish Teak/Tile Coffee/End Table Mobelfabrikken Toften Great Color!
Here is an interesting Danish midcentury table made by Mobelfabrikken Toften probably in the 1970s. It has a teak base and sides with a beautiful mottled tile top. The company was founded in 1946 by two Danes and survived well into the 70's although there's not much history beyond that including when they ended. This table was probably meant to be a small coffee table but might also work as an end table. It's' a classic Scandinavian design and we know the designers in Denmark were some of the finest.
