This fancy Table weighs approximately 95 pounds and measures 30” in height, 28” in width, and 20” in depth. The marble top alone measures 28” in width, 20” in depth and is 1” thick. The attention to detail given to the design of this Fancy Ornate Walnut Victorian Parlor Table is fabulous! A lovely and unusual shaped beveled edge white marble top (in excellent condition) perfectly follows the form of the top border of the gorgeous table base. This top border has incised carvings, raised horizontal burl accents in the center with incised carved aprons beneath. These design details are repeated on all four sides. The bottom base of this lovely table is quite elegant! The table top is supported by a base consisting of an impressive smooth to turned center post with distal finial. This impressive turned center post is surrounded by four handsome undulating legs that are adorned with four carved block and finial adornments above, along fluting all the way down the tops of the legs, carved winged scroll accents, large dimensional round carved medallions, and small floral foliate medallions on the ankles. Finally, brass castors are found on the feet for ease of movement.
